Who we are

Foy Studio Limited is responsible for personal information used in connection with this portfolio and enquiries about our work. Contact info@foystudio.co with privacy questions or requests.

What we collect and why

When you email us, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, contact details and project enquiry. We use it to respond and, where relevant, take steps towards a contract or deliver our services. Routine correspondence and website security are supported by our legitimate interests in operating the studio and protecting our systems.

Our hosting server records technical requests, which can include IP address, requested URL, time, browser information and response status. These records help diagnose faults and investigate misuse. They are not used to create advertising profiles.

Cookies and browser storage

This portfolio currently has no analytics or advertising tracking. A local browser preference records when you close this notice and expires after 180 days. It is not sent to a visitor database. WordPress sign-in uses separate essential login technologies for authorised editors. Closing this notice is not consent to marketing or to unrelated processing.

Storage and service providers

The website is hosted on infrastructure controlled by the studio. Enquiry emails are handled through Google Workspace. Apple Mail, where used, is an email application and may keep local copies. Providers may process information outside the UK under their applicable data protection arrangements. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and security

Gateway access logs rotate daily with 14 rotated archives retained; backup copies may have a separate lifecycle. We keep correspondence for as long as needed for the enquiry, project, legal obligations or relevant claims, then review it for deletion. We restrict access to authorised people and use encrypted web connections. No internet system can guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction, object to processing, or request portability. Contact info@foystudio.co. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Links and scope

Links to social platforms lead to services with their own privacy notices. This notice describes our public portfolio and enquiries. Private team workspaces and file delivery services have separate access and operational data requirements.
